New Music: Melanie Fiona – ‘Wrong Side Of A Love Song’

We pretty much know that friend-to-the-site and songstress, Melanie Fiona is a brilliant singer. Her passion lies in serving up authentic R&B tracks at every cost. Baring her soul yet again, “Wrong Side Of A Love Song,” is one of those carefully put-togther Sixties soul records that hits home. “How did I become the wrong side of the love song,” Fiona sings on the second single from her long-awaited album The MF Life due May 8th.

I love the feel of this record. This sound of music with her voice is pure perfection. I actually hope her sophomore album celebrates the classic sounds of 60′s soul, but of course, with a futuristic twist.
